About Me

I provide individual therapy to adults (18 years and older) and offer a supportive, non-judgmental and compassionate care relationship. Together we’ll focus on your goals and priorities, and use your strengths, as you navigate life challenges and cultivate personal wellbeing.

I have extensive experience helping people manage depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, relationships, work stress and burnout. I also have a special interest and significant experience in helping people live with cancer and other acute and long-term physical health challenges. My clinical approach will be tailored to your individual strengths and needs, and draw on proven therapeutic models including Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and attachment-based psychotherapies.

I am unable to assist people needing a medico-legal assessment/report and/or who are seeking psychology care under a Workers Compensation or ICWA claim.

Since 2000, I’ve worked in government mental health services as a clinician and as a service coordinator, and in private practice since 2018. I hold a Masters in Psychology from Curtin University, along with clinical psychology endorsement. I’m also an approved clinical supervisor with AHPRA and a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
